Wear resistant ceramic rubber composite lining is a kind of square ceramic rubber composite, which is inlaid with mosaic ceramics in special rubber through rubber vulcanization technology. It is fixed on the protective surface of the equipment by means of welding bolts. The ceramic rubber composite lining can be twisted and cut, and it is suitable for the installation of various special-shaped equipment. At present, it is widely used in the mixer.

There are two sizes of wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite lining used in 220 flat firing mixer: 730 (740) × 500 and 500 × 500. The thickness of wear-resistant ceramic composite lining plate is 20mm, including 8mm ceramic, 8mm rubber and 4mm steel plate.
